吴慕慈，博士，专任教师，研究领域为分析新技术新方法结合化学计量学的应用。主要利用包括核磁共振技术(NMR)和质谱等手段，对食品、膳食补充剂及植物提取物等复杂体系进行快速无损的质量控制、掺假物检测和安全性分析。目前已发表学术论文9篇，其中第一作者发表SCI论文5篇、EI收录1篇。多次参加国际学术会议并发表口头报告。
